Who we are
Justable Consult CPA is a trading name of Justable Investments Limited, based in Kigali, Rwanda. We handle personal data in line with Rwanda’s Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy.
What we collect
When you use a form on this website we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and location, and what you tell us about your business and its finances.
When you become a client we also handle the records needed to deliver our services — for example registration documents, TIN, payroll data, bank statements and financial records.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation; to deliver the accounting, tax and advisory services you engage us for; to meet our legal and professional obligations (including RRA, RSSB and ICPAR requirements); and to keep proper business records. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the authorities we file on your behalf (such as RRA and RSSB) and with trusted service providers that help us run this website and our practice — our website host and our email delivery provider, which may process data outside Rwanda under contractual safeguards. If you book through our scheduling tool or view the embedded map, that provider processes the data you give it under its own privacy policy.
How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to the people working on your engagement. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, and we follow professional confidentiality obligations as CPA-qualified accountants.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become engagements are deleted when they are no longer needed. Client records are kept for as long as tax and professional regulations require, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also lodge a complaint with Rwanda’s data protection supervisory authority, the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA).
